Service design considers the end to end journey someone might go through to complete a task. They might need to buy something, book an appointment or ask for help.

Service and design patterns

Service and design patterns are reusable building blocks that you can use to build the services you design. Each building block creates a consistent and familiar user experience, making services quicker, easier, and more accessible.

Since the building blocks are reusable, you don’t have to reinvent the wheel every time. Instead, you can pull from a bucket of existing blocks to build your next service.
